Three Things About Me

I can write HTML, CSS (two and three!), PHP, Actionscript 3 and am working on Objective C (iPhone and iPad) and improving my Javascript skills.

1.

My favourite type foundry is Hoefler and Frere Jones. They can create typefaces that have the perfect balance of character and readability. Every glyph they make seems to be a work of art.

2.

I live in Brisbane, but spent most of my life in Sydney. However I grew up in Canada, and still have the accent. This leads to awkward silences when people as where I am from and I say “Sydney”.

Work Experience

I'm currently freelancing. My most recent project was creating the ADDQoL Survey for the University of Queensland and the Ipswich and West Moreton Division of General Practice

2010 to Present

I tutored four courses for the University of Queensland, Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Design Studio 1 and Social Mobile Computing.

2011

I was the on staff designer and developer for New Forests, and created past websites and promotional materials for them
